Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you subscribe through Whop, we receive your email address, Whop username, and payment status (active/cancelled). Whop handles all payment processing — we never see your full card number or bank details.

Our studies include license verification that sends your Sierra Chart machine ID and license key to our verification server (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) to confirm an active subscription. No trading data, chart data, order information, or personal files are transmitted.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your trading activity, account balances, brokerage information, IP addresses (beyond what Cloudflare logs by default for abuse prevention), or any data from your Sierra Chart installation beyond what's needed for license checks.

How we use your information

• Email: subscription confirmations, study update notifications, and important service announcements. No marketing spam.
• Whop username: to manage your subscription and provide support.
• Machine ID: solely for license verification — confirming you have an active subscription.

Third parties

We use the following services that may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Whop — subscription management and payment processing
• Cloudflare — license verification server hosting and DDoS protection
• Discord — community and support (voluntary; you choose what you share there)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.

Data retention

We retain your email and Whop username for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months after cancellation (for support and re-subscription purposes). After that, records are deleted. License verification logs are retained for 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by contacting us on Discord or via the email on your Whop receipt. We'll respond within 14 days.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify subscribers via email or Discord before the changes take effect.
