Refund Policy

The short version
If you subscribe and the studies genuinely aren't what you expected, reach out within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How it works
Because Auction Pivots delivers digital products (downloadable .dll study files and online course content), refund eligibility is limited to the first billing period. Once you've had access for more than 7 days from your initial subscription date, refunds are not available for that period.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different things. You can cancel anytime from your Whop dashboard — this prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period. A refund request within the 7-day window returns your payment for the first period.
Multi-month plans
If you purchased a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan, the same 7-day window applies from the date of purchase. After 7 days, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining months.
How to request a refund
Message us on Discord or reply to your Whop purchase confirmation email with "refund request" in the subject line. Include your Whop username so we can locate your subscription. We process refunds within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, your access will be revoked immediately and you will not be eligible for future subscriptions. Please reach out to us first — we're reasonable people.
