1. What you're getting

A subscription to Auction Pivots gives you access to one or more Sierra Chart custom studies (.dll files), chart templates, and educational content (courses, videos, written guides) for as long as your subscription is active. All content is delivered digitally through Whop.

2. License

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the studies on your own Sierra Chart installations. You may install on multiple machines you personally use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or share the .dll files or any course content with anyone else.

3. Not investment advice

Everything Auction Pivots provides — studies, courses, Discord commentary, chart templates — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish is investment advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or futures contract. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed through Whop on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual depending on your plan). You can cancel anytime from your Whop dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period — see the Refund Policy for details.

5. Access and revocation

Studies use license verification. If your subscription lapses or is terminated for a violation of these terms, access to the studies will be revoked. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse, redistribution, or any violation of these terms.

6. Updates and availability

We aim to keep studies compatible with current Sierra Chart versions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sierra Chart updates, data-feed changes, or other factors outside our control may temporarily affect study behavior. We'll work to resolve issues promptly but make no uptime guarantees.

7. Intellectual property

All studies, course content, branding, and educational materials are the property of Auction Pivots. Sierra Chart is a trademark of Sierra Chart Inc. — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sierra Chart Inc.

8. Limitation of liability

Auction Pivots is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from the use of our studies or educational content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
